Our Admissions Process

Thrive Day School reviews all applicants for admission based on individual need.

Thrive Day School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability. Because of the probable genetic and/or environmental predisposition studied and documented in research related to autism and related neurological disorders as well as studies which explore that these disorders cross all racial, color, religious and ethnic backgrounds, as part of the admissions process, first and foremost, is used to determine an appropriate program choice for the child and his or her family.

1 - Schedule A Tour

During this visit you will meet with our Director, our Thrive Intake Member, and one of the teaching staff to learn more about our program and answer any questions you may have. If you have written medical, health care or educationally related evaluations on your child, please bring them with you to this visit. All medical record and educational evaluations will be reviewed by our Thrive Intake team.

2 - Submit Registration Form

Complete and submit the following Registration Form along with a non-refundable registration fee.

3 - Review Student’s Information

Our Admissions Director and one of the teaching staff will review your child’s completed registration form and contact you within 2 business / school days. You may be asked to provide additional information regarding the student’s accommodations.

4 - Invitation of Acceptance

Once our Intake Team completes an evaluation of the information provided and determines that Thrive Day School is the best school choice for your child, you will be contacted about an initial start date.

 
 

Tuition and Fees

The 9 month school year runs from September through May. Thrive Day School is a non-profit school. All tuition and fees are utilized for classroom supplies, special education equipment, teacher supplies and our highly educated staff. Below are the rates for the programs for each of our three locations:

Thrive offers a Summer Camp sessions from mid-June through early-August.

Preschool Programs

The following program options are available for three and four year old preschoolers:

  • 2 Days a Week (Tue / Thu) - $500 per month

  • 3 Days a Week (Mon, Wed, Fri) - $750 per month

  • 5 Days a Week - $1150 per month

Transitional Kindergarten Program

The Transitional Kindergarten program is a 5-day a week program:

  • 5 Days a Week - $1150 per month

Lower and Upper School Programs

The Lower and Upper School programs now meet 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) with a bonus extra-curricular half-day on Fridays. This includes the Kindergarten program.

  • Thrive Lower & Upper School - $800 per month
